Why Crack Seal?
   One of the most important maintenance items for your parking lot is crack sealing. Small cracks in the asphalt can quickly spread due to freezing and thawing cycles. Crack sealing is an essential, cost effective maintenance item that can extend the life of your parking lot. 

Our Method:
   Prior to sealing, the cracks are cleaned. The crack sealer is heated to approximately 370º and applied using equipment specifically designed for crack repair. After the material is put down, coal slag is immediately applied. This reduces the possibility of tracking or pick-up of the sealer from traffic.
   The result, A fine quality crack repair!
